Legalspace does not provide an option for the cancellation of subscriptions once they have been purchased. All sales are final, and the user agrees to adhere to this policy upon subscribing. There will be no option to cancel the subscription mid-term, and no partial refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the subscription.
Legalspace enforces a strict no-refund policy for all its products and services. Once a payment is processed, it is non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to, dissatisfaction with the service, failure to use the service, or any other reason.
Users have the ability to manage their subscription settings through their account dashboard. This includes stopping the auto-debit feature, which will prevent future renewals of the subscription. Users can choose not to renew their subscription at the end of the current billing cycle without any penalty.
It is the user's responsibility to ensure that the auto-debit feature is disabled if they do not wish to continue the subscription.
Legalspace offers a free trial period for new users to evaluate the services provided. During this period, users can access premium features at no cost. At the end of the trial period, users must decide whether to continue with a paid subscription or cancel the service.
If no action is taken by the user to cancel the subscription by the end of the trial period, the user’s account will automatically transition to a premium subscription, and the payment method on file will be charged the applicable subscription fee.
Users may choose to upgrade their subscription plan at any time through their account dashboard. Upgrades will take effect immediately upon processing, and the user will be charged a prorated amount for the upgraded plan for the remainder of the current billing cycle.
The new subscription rate will then apply from the start of the next billing cycle.
Legalspace will provide notifications to users regarding their subscription status, including reminders for upcoming renewals and any changes to subscription plans.
It is the user's responsibility to manage their subscription preferences and ensure that their account settings are up to date. Failure to manage these settings may result in automatic renewals or charges, for which Legalspace will not be held liable.
